BIOGRAPHY
Shelli Delgado is a professional actor, dancer and singer living in the metro-Atlanta area. Earning her Bachelor Degrees in both Theatre and English at the University of Georgia, Shelli attributes her performance abilities to both an adherence to technical, intellectual diligence and physical aptitude.
As a versatile performer, Shelli has had the opportunity to play a multitude of characters. From Ophelia in Hamlet to Tigerlily in Peter Pan & Wendy, Shelli has always demonstrated a wide range of abilities. A proud alumna of the Aurora Theatre's Acting Apprenticeship (2013-14), you may have seen her in Don't Dress for Dinner, Mary Poppins, Les Miserables or The Cat in the Hat.
Since graduating her apprenticeship program, Shelli has worked with numerous regional theatres. Most recently, she performed with the Alliance Theatre as Fan/Martha Cratchit in A Christmas Carol and Actor 1 in Little Raindrop Songs. What's next? She will be playing Amanda in Aurora's 4000 Miles this February and Anne Frank in Georgia Ensemble Theatre's And Then They Came for Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank.
When Shelli is not performing onstage, she spends her time as a teaching artist for various theatres, cuddling with her chihuahua Chloe and cooking for her hungry roommates.
